The Institute knows that the quality of her members shall determine to what extent she can realize her mission of being the most referred on matters relating to the profession. Hence, since inception of activities of the Institute, she has being sponsoring several capacities enhancing platforms for her members and the general public. Therefore, Capacity Development calendar is published at least two months proceeding a new calendar year.

a.) Institute’s Training Coordinator Profile
The Institute’s training (international and local) are coordinated by the Institute’s Registrar who is an experienced trainer of Management and Administration practices with Twenty years experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Master of Science Degree and a Doctorate Degree in Management with research interest in organization and systems development. He is a fellow and member of several professional associations. He is the Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Registered Administrative Managers of Nigeria and at one time a visiting lecturer to several academic institutions among which is the Post graduate School of Kaduna State University. Dr. Oboigbe Victor is certified by Center for management Development ( CMD). He has undertaken a number of consultancy for the World Bank assisted Projects in Nigeria, Participated in conferences at national and international fora.
