The expansion of knowledge and skills occasioned by increased level of sophistication in every field of endeavor has made it imperative to compliment functional competence with administrative skills. This is to equip every personnel with capabilities to meet knowledge and skills required to efficiently and effectively combine organization’s resources i.e. men, money, material and equipments.
The need for best minds underscore increased demand for highly specialized personnel in order to be on top of their ‘games’. A job holder’s functional skills notwithstanding, today’s multi-tasking work requirements, makes it imperative to compliment specialized skills with universally applicable skills, such as Administrative competence/skill.
Methodology
Administrative skills learning and Certification Programme (IRAMN/ALCC) is structured to achieve three objectives of knowledge, skill and credible certification.
IRAMN/ALCC exposes Candidates to administrative competence curriculum which is designed around administrative knowledge, skills and experience.
Upon registered, candidates are given study manuals; these manuals are literary to work diliengies material written and compiled by experienced professionals. They simulate to contemporary administrative challenges to proffer solution.
IRAMN/ALCC has well organized and supervised examination policies, complimented by information technology. This is to ensure credible test and certification outcomes. In this regard, secured examination software and external assessors, experienced in examination policy administration have been made to form part of it quality assured initiatives.
Objectives of ALCC
> To provide opportunity for candidates to acquire administrative knowledge and skills for office practice.

Expected Participants
ALCC is targeted at undergraduates, graduates and persons in non management helds: such as Medicine, Engineering, Law, Arts etc., who must need administrative management skill at some point of their careers. As part of the Institute’s practice advocacy, undergraduates of management and non-management in tertiary institutions are encouraged to enroll on the programme with a reduced registration fee.
