3.2) LONG RANGE TRAINING (PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION)
These are long range study and examination courses with duration ranging from six (6) to thirty-six (36) months. These are:

a.)Professional Membership Qualifying Examination (PMQE): The Institute’s PMQE has four stages of professional qualifying examination. However, exemption(s) are granted for previous relevant structured knowledge acquired in recognized institutions of higher learning. It course structure is designed to cover general administrative practice, with specialized focus on Public Administration and Marketing (A dedicated prospectus and syllabus is available on request). Meanwhile, here are highlights of the course and examination. Entry Qualification
Bachelor’s Degrees, Higher National Diploma and equivalent qualifications in any discipline, holders of professional membership certificates by examination such as ACA, ACIA, ACIS, ANIM, ACMA, ACCA, etc
Duration
It is expected that within two years to three years, an average candidate should complete the entire professional qualifying examination. Where a candidate enjoys exemption from some subjects; completion period maybe reduced.

b.) ADMINISTRATIVE SKILL LEARNING AND CERTIFICATION (ALCC) COURSE
The expansion of knowledge and skills occasioned by increased level of sophistication in every field of endeavor has made it imperative to compliment functional competence with administrative skills. This is to equip every personnel with capabilities to meet knowledge and skills required to efficiently and effectively combine organization’s resources i.e. men, money, material and equipments.
The need for best minds underscore increased demand for highly specialized personnel in order to be on top of their ‘games’. A job holder’s functional skills notwithstanding, today’s multi-tasking work requirements, makes it imperative to compliment specialized skills with universally applicable skills, such as Administrative competence/skill.

METHODOLOGY
Administrative skills learning and Certification Programme (IRAMN/ALCC) is structured to achieve three objectives of knowledge, skill and credible certification.
IRAMN/ALCC exposes Candidates to administrative competence curriculum which is designed around administrative knowledge, skills and experience.
Upon registered, candidates are given study manuals; these manuals are literary to work diliengies material written and compiled by experienced professionals. They simulate to contemporary administrative challenges to proffer solution.
IRAMN/ALCC has well organized and supervised examination policies, complimented by information technology. This is to ensure credible test and certification outcomes. In this regard, secured examination software and external assessors, experienced in examination policy administration have been made to form part of it quality assured initiatives.

The Institute is achieving this by exposing and testing candidates through a way structured examination syllabus that is expected to equip graduates to sufficiently tackle challenges they will meet in real work environment.

To add impetus to existing effort towards enhancing knowledge in Administrative management.
To instigate studies in administrative management at post graduate level for graduates of all disciplines. Thereby enhancing their capacities for effective and efficient management of resources.

c.) PROFESSIONAL ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT (AD.AM)

INTRODUCTION:
Following the success of the Institute’s Ordinary Diploma and need to provide career progression for it graduates; IRAMN Advanced Diploma programme was introduced. The programme structure is based on recommendations of the academic board to the Governing Council both of the Institute in August 2007.
In February 2008, the Institute’s first Advanced Diploma examination was hosted by the Department of Business Administration which was then headed by Dr. Aliyu Mamman, M.inst.AM. Thirty- five candidates sat for the examination, enrolment into the programme now stands at over three hundred and seventy – five students as at 2016.

OBJECTIVE:
The coursework of Advanced Diploma is designed to provide further educational opportunities for graduates of Ordinary Diploma in Management, and other related disciplines for increased learning which shall provide opportunities for employment to higher responsibilities or for growth in existing employment.
Also, it is expected that graduates of the Advanced Diploma shall seek further educational opportunities in polytechnics and universities.
CURRICULUM DESIGN
The programme curriculum is built to provide further professional training for Ordinary Diploma graduates of the Institute and other colleges. Hence, it’s built on the foundation of the Institute’s Ordinary Diploma course work and those offered by other related institutions. It content is approximated to meet professional cum academic standards for Advanced Diploma qualification offered elsewhere in similar field.
The Advanced Diploma is structured along four management functionalities, i.e. Public Administrative, Farm Administrative Community Development, School Administration. This is to provide specialization opportunity at this level for career and further studies choices for it graduates.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Students must fulfill admission requirement for Advanced Diploma programmes. Specifically, students must possess recognized Ordinary Diploma, National Diploma, intermediate certificates of other professional Institutes such as CIA, ICAN, CIBN, IESAM, ICEN, NIMN, NIM etc.

The Institute is achieving this by exposing candidates to well structured examination syllabus which is expected to equip it graduates to effectively tackle challenges they will meet in real work and further learning environment.

5.0) EXAMINATION ADMINISTRATION
5.1) Instruction Methodology
All Professional Diploma programmes Instructional delivery is guided by syllabi and instructional manuals that are specifically tailored to achieve the Institute’s learning objectives and educational philosophy.
5.2) Examination Administration
The Professional Diploma examination, which is administered simultaneously in all centers, is generally based on it syllabus.
5.3) Examination Period / Time Table
The Institute’s Examination holds every year in April, August and December.
Examination time-table is released two months proceeding examination dates.
5.4) Examination Entry Eligibility
A candidate only enters for any of the Institute’s examinations if he or she is a registered student member.
5.5) Script Marking And Grading
In grading performances of candidates, examiners are exclusively appointed by the Institute through the Examination Committee – a Committee of the Governing Council of the Institute.
Apart from show of knowledge of subject, other performance grade yardsticks are: methodological presentation and writing skills in English Language in responses to examination questions, while also paying attention to analytical, expressive, logical abilities. 5.6) Grading Structure of the Institute:

65 – 74 = AB
55 – 64 = BC
50 – 54 = CD
40 – 49 = D
0 – 39 = F
In order to successfully complete the programme, participants are expected to pass all courses with a minimum of 50% ( CD grade).

5.9) Examination
Examination is held at the end of each study period (four (4) months) and in conformity with guidelines on examination as approved by the academic board of the Institute. Examination is held in months of April, August and December every year, this allows four months uninterrupted study period for each part.

5.10) Funding / Expenditure
The programme is financed by internally generated revenue. As a limited by Guarantee organisation, the Institute is guided by public sector financial guidelines and disclosure requirements in preparing her financial statements

6.0) Employers Rating Of Professional Diploma Programme
At the moment, the Diploma in Administrative Management of the Institute is rated as a post secondary intermediate qualification.
Advanced Diploma is rated at a Higher Diploma Qualification

7.0) TRAINING FACILITIES
The Institute maintains adequate and ventilated number of lecture rooms and a Conference halls, all with magic boards; fully air conditioned and other facilities in its Headquarters and in all her approved centers. The Institute encourages her franchise partners to replicate same or more across States of the Federation. Modern technology are available for learning and teaching.

7.1) LIBRARY FACILITIES
The Institute has a functioning reference library with current volumes of text books, journals, magazines and newspapers.
The library recently acquired wide range volumes of Journal publication from Administrative Staff college of Nigeria Topo- Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria.
